In September 2012 Geoff Marlow passed the ECS Health and Safety Assessment.
What does this mean?
ECS is the occupational card scheme for UK electrotechnical workers. An ECS card demonstrates an electrician’s competence and shows evidence of their training against the recognised standards for the electrical industry.
Holding an ECS card proves an electrician’s :-
- identity,
- qualification status and main electrical occupation,
- awareness of UK health & safety and
- any additional disciplines in which they are skilled to work.
